These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GreenPump.io website, applications, smart contracts, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by GreenPump ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Nature of the Platform

GreenPump.io is a decentralized fair-launch token creation platform operating on the Solana and Binance Smart Chain (BSC) networks. Tokens are launched via bonding curves with the following guarantees:

No presales
No team allocations
100% locked liquidity

GreenPump does not custody user funds, provide investment advice, or operate as a broker or exchange.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree:

To comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not to use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
To take full responsibility for the security of your wallet(s), private keys, and access credentials.
To carefully review and understand the tokenomics, bonding curve mechanism, and smart contract interactions before participating in any launch.

4. No Investment Advice or Guarantees

All activities on the Platform are user-initiated and at your own risk. GreenPump does not endorse, vet, or audit any project launched on the Platform. Participation in token launches may carry financial risk, including loss of capital. You acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
Token values may fluctuate significantly.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Smart Contracts and Blockchain Risks

The Platform interacts with smart contracts deployed on public blockchains. You understand and accept that:

Smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or be subject to exploits.
Blockchain networks may suffer from congestion, downtime, or other limitations.
Transactions are irreversible and final once confirmed on-chain.

You acknowledge that GreenPump is not liable for any loss or damage due to blockchain or smart contract issues.

6. Fees

GreenPump may charge platform fees or take a percentage of transactions to support development. All fees are transparently displayed before execution. You agree to pay any applicable network (gas) fees associated with using the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GreenPump.io—including branding, code, graphics, and documentation—is the property of GreenPump or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenPump disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or reliability, and security or availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenPump shall not be liable for losses arising from use or inability to use the Platform; errors, omissions, or inaccuracies on the Platform; smart contract failures, blockchain bugs, or wallet breaches; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreenPump, its founders, developers, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., wallets, block explorers, analytics). GreenPump is not responsible for any issues or liabilities arising from third-party services.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international principles of decentralized governance. In the absence of specific jurisdictional laws, parties agree to attempt resolution through decentralized community arbitration, where applicable.
